Features

The KS 5500iEG S LPG/petrol inverter generator of the German brand “Könner & Söhnen” is a convenient and compact source of electric power with a low noise level. One of the main features of this model is that it produces electric current with the pure sine wave.

All models are based on robust engines, which meet all European quality standards, including EURO 5. Engines of K&S inverter generators have an Economy mode, which allows using the generator at low speeds and reduces fuel consumption by up to 50%. Alternator with copper winding and high-performance K&S engine guarantee trouble-free and long-term operation and meet all European quality standards. The LED display makes it possible to monitor the operation of the generator and to carry out its maintenance in time.

Pure sine wave

The built-in electronic unit with microprocessor control monitors the operation of the generator and provides a stable output voltage of 230V 50Hz sinusoidal form, which is suitable for the reliable operation of sensitive electronics.

Lpg/petrol

The generator runs on both petrol and liquefied gas (propane-butane) and includes everything necessary for using LPG as fuel: a hosepipe with reducer, which provides a reliable connection of a gas cylinder. Just connect the generator to the gas cylinder and start the engine.

Versatility of use

You can use generator with both a portable gas cylinder and with a stationary capacity for gas storage (gasholder). Connection has to be made by a certified specialist. The pressure in the supply system must not exceed 16 Bar.

Low noise level

Thanks to a special protective housing, which provides a minimum noise level of 66 dB, the operation of the device will be as comfortable as possible and will not disturb others.

Economy mode

The ergonomic control panel is equipped with a fuel economy mode switch. This mode reduces fuel consumption by up to 50% at small loads due to lower engine revolutions.

The Könner & Söhnen reliable engine is characterized by increased durability, long and stable operation, and meets all European quality standards, including EURO 5.

Convenient location of all functions: multifunction LED display (hour meter, frequency, voltage), working mode indicator, overload and short circuit protection, low oil level sensor, Reset button to reset the control system and restore voltage supply, connector for parallel connection of generators, two USB outputs (5V/1A, 5V/2.1A), 230 V socket and grounding terminal.

High quality alternator

Könner & Söhnen inverter generators are equipped with a robust brushless alternator with 100% copper winding. The high-end compact permanent magnet alternator is housed in a plastic casing and can withstand maximum loads without any damage to ensure long-term and reliable operation of the generator set.

Parallel connection

Possibility of parallel connection of two generators for increased total output and possibility of use of more powerful devices. With a cable for parallel connection, which is in a set, you can connect two inverter generators together and get an output power, which is equal to the sum of the rated power of these models.

Accessories set

ATTENTION! The product is sold without engine oil or petrol. Before the first start, engine oil for four-stroke petrol engines must be added. We recommend 10W-30 or 10W-40 oil. Always check the oil level before each use. Use only unleaded petrol with an octane rating of 90–95 containing no more than 10% ethanol.

Very poor service and then to ignore my emails , disgraceful

This is our second one as we liked the first so much . We can now run everything in our food trailer without running out of power and with two units supplying the power they are easy enough to move with one person and store out of the way .
